\u2022 220 g Biscuits
\u2022 110 g melted butter
\u2022 400 g cream cheese
\u2022 3 tsp lemon juice
\u2022 470 ml heavy cream
\u2022 90 g sugar
\u2022 1 packet vanilla
\u2022 Mixed berry jam<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Spread the cheesecake with your preferred jam.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

  1. In a bowl, combine the crushed biscuits and melted butter, and mix with a spoon.<\/li>\n
  2. Pour the biscuit mixture into a 22 cm cake ring, and spread and press the mixture evenly with a spoon.<\/li>\n
  3. Whip the cream cheese with a hand mixer, add the lemon juice, and continue mixing with the mixer.<\/li>\n
  4. Add the heavy cream and beat well with the mixer.<\/li>\n
  5. Add the sugar, beat with the mixer, then add the vanilla and continue mixing.<\/li>\n
  6. Spread the cream evenly in the pan with a spatula, smooth it with a spoon, and refrigerate the cheesecake overnight.<\/li>\n
  7. Cut into pieces, top with mixed berry jam, and serve.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
