\u2022 200 g Self-rising flour
\u2022 30 g Cocoa
\u2022 1\/2 tsp baking powder
\u2022 1\/2 tsp salt
\u2022 200 g Sugar
\u2022 1 tsp instant coffee dissolved in 240 ml hot water
\u2022 120 ml sunflower oil
\u2022 500 ml plant-based heavy cream
\u2022 300 g Vegan praline
\u2022 100 g Nestl\u00e9 Dessert Chocolate 52% (Greece)

  1. In a bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.<\/li>\n
  2. While stirring, add the sugar, the instant coffee dissolved in 240 ml of hot water, and the sunflower oil.<\/li>\n
  3. Place the mixture into a 20 cm cake ring. and bake in a preheated convection oven at 180\u00b0C (356\u00b0F) for 30 minutes.<\/li>\n
  4. Once completely cooled, trim the top of the cake to level it and cut the cake in half.<\/li>\n
  5. In a bowl, whip the 500 ml of plant-based heavy cream with a hand mixer until it forms a soft whipped cream.<\/li>\n
  6. Add the vegan praline and continue whipping until it forms a mousse.<\/li>\n
  7. In a 20 cm cake ring, spread half of the mousse over the first layer of cake, cover with the second cake layer, and spread the remaining mousse on top.<\/li>\n
  8. Refrigerate the cake for about 5\u20136 hours, or until the mousse is set firmly.<\/li>\n
  9. In a bowl, break the couverture chocolate into small pieces, pour 100 ml of hot plant-based heavy cream over it, and stir.<\/li>\n
  10. Spread the mixture over the cake.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
